Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Hwy, Sugar Land

Supper slow people and services. I was here at 3:45pm and left at 5:15. 0 customers in bank, just are just walking around doing nothing. AVOID going to this branch. Close down this branch and save some money on useless labor costs.

It is really disappointing that now most BOA locations have only 1 or 2 tellers when they see a line of people all the way to the entrance door, the guy in the business department is very polite and helpful but when it comes to the tellers is very disappointing, here’s a pic of today 4-19-2021 and more than 30 minutes to get to that one and only teller available.

There’s a Frost bank a few miles down, there’s also a great Credit union (Primeway) across the way. Both with competitive rates and less fees. Take your money to a place that CARES! This place will have you in the lobby for an hour, will not address your concerns. Worst customer service, extensive wait times. Unapologetic and rude. Can care less about your time. Avoid this place if all possible. The reviews are absolutely true! 1.3 stars

They never ever answer the phone. Called 4 times this morning and the 1st at 9 when they open. Then you hold and then get disconnected. 0 for non existence of customer service and lack of human support.

I never look forward to depositing business checks for my employer because the line is so dreadful. ALWAYS long. I use the app for my personal banking all the time so I won’t be here forever . I do have to say today there was a teller name Doris. She was moving that line with priority and attention to the customers! She should be duplicated she’s awesome!

I am overwhelmed with the experience. When you enter the bank, you are warmly welcome. Social distancing and decorum is maintained. Relationship manager name Vishal has been very proactive and his followup is unbeatable. His pep talk while he was doing work for me on computer kept me occupied, I was less bored than usual. Washroom is clean and tidy. Ambiance is positive when you walk in to the Bank. I usually take appointment before coming to the bank and arrive at least 10 minutes to avoid inconvenience for myself and others.

I read a 'll reviews for of all Bank America's in fortbend county on how rude, no calls answered and just simply bad service. I was shocked that I read the same issues for at least 90% of banks in fortbend. BUT! I FOUND this bank, not only did they answer after 3 rings on a Saturday Bennedicto was pleasant, polite, and answered all my questions. Finally! A diamond in the rough.

Slow, Slow, Slow. They have 6 teller stations, but only 2 people working. It takes 20-30 minutes just to get to the teller. However, the tellers are nice and kind. A logistical nightmare, and forget about drive-thru! Bank of America should be ashamed along with the branch manager. Beyond frustrating. NEVER happens when I go to Chase or any of my Credit Unions.
