Josh and his team are absolutely amazing! We found our dream home on a Saturday afternoon and knew we needed an offer in ASAP so we were given his info. Josh was at his cabin and went out of his way on his day off to get us an approval letter back promptly (even had to go find wi-fi so it could get to us quickly) so we were able to get the offer in first! Because of Josh’s willingness to help us over the weekend and go out of his way-we are now happy home owners of a gorgeous home!! I recommend Osborne mortgage group to EVERYONE!
