Chose this credit union because of their location in relation to our new house. It was a mistake. One time we were looking at getting a home equity loan. We were told if we weren’t in a hurry and could wait like a week, they were going to be having a special rate. We could wait so we did only to be told at the time the special rate was to be offered that too many wanted it so they canceled the special. Another issue we had was my husband tried to pay for our vehicle tabs by entering our checking details for them to withdraw the money from our account. He missed a ‘1’ on our account number when entering. The state sent a notice to the credit union, someone looked at it and instead of calling us to see if we’d like it corrected, they rejected the request. It cost us an extra $60 in fees because they don’t have customer service. Staff was always rude, even when my husband closed our account! And that’s the final issue in my opinion-we both had to be present to open the account, but my husband could close it without any notice to me (it had been my idea for a couple years so I was okay with it, but to not even require my signature?!)

I cannot wait to get out of this bank! My husband was recently deployed and went in to make sure everything was in place for me to be able to handle stuff while he was out of the country. They messed up a loan payment and when I called to see what was going on, they insisted they couldn't talk to me because I didn't have power of attorney. I ended up having to call my husband during the middle of the night for him and have him talk to one of the "managers". So frustrating!!! Almost a year later and they still cannot get the accounts right, even if you've paid them the exact same way for more than a year. When they mess up, they accuse you of not paying, even when you can prove that you did.

I have come to really appreciate this branch and how helpful everyone seems to be there. Feel like a just a number in a big system, then leave the big bank and join a Credit Union.

Worked over the phone from 2 states away with Alyssa, she was great and went above and beyond to help me out! I just want to say thank you Alyssa you are a true asset to your company!

Sarah & Bridgette are great help. Have helped us out on multiple occasions with issues and non eventful issues with banking.

Not sure why I switched..... Website says they’re open but they don’t bother telling you just the drive-through. Then all the offers and promotions are only for people that are not affiliated with the bank just to get them to come there

Very unhelpful and not accommodating. Not customer service focused.
