I bought my home in November 2021. Jaxzann was on a list of lenders that my realtor has worked with over the years that she recommended. Jaxzann and her team were a pleasure to work with. In this market, I needed a lender that wasn't just available Mon-Fri, and that could send a document in a matter of hours. I'm certain that her work on my loan, and her resourcefulness, were factors in getting my offer accepted. She's a lender I'll be using again and again.
