Amazing team here at Palmer. I have worked with John's team multiple times over the past 5 years, with the purchase of two homes and a refinance. With our most recent home purchase, I got the opportunity to work with Lisa and she was amazing. The Palmer Team is very responsive, provides great advice and consultation through the complexities and nuances of what can be a very stressful time. Love this team and highly recommend them.

Bob Mitchell and his team (Lisa!) were incredibly on point. They responded quickly and they did a great job servicing our loan. I was personally impressed with the speed of their automated system and how they personally supported that whenever needed. I never waited more than maybe an hour for a response... ever. Great company. Even better people! My whole experience with Celebrity was positive from start to finish. It's was super easy to complete all the paper work on my mobile device with their app that works really well. Donna, Vesna, Laura were all amazing. The worked their tales off to get me the best rate possible and even put everything on hold to wait until my rescore to come through to get me a better deal. Saving money is always good, but working with a group of people that actually care about you and your family takes it to another level. They were incredible!! Would recommend and I am going to return as a customer for certain. Thank to the great team at Celebrity!!

Matt and Amanda were very diligent and expressed excellent communication during my refinance.
