Tom Foley is the man. I cannot recommend him enough. He made the whole process so easy. It is so comforting having someone like Tom in your corner that you can trust and rely on to treat your best interests as if they were his own. We happened to close on our house right in the middle of crazy corona-economy. Interest rates were moving almost a full point either way in a week’s time at one point right before we closed!! And even though it was the most unpredictable market conditions that he himself has ever seen, he always had a professional opinion and helpful guidance. The rates were changing so quickly the week before we locked in, we were chatting almost daily. He even called me on his train ride home from New York one night just to chat about a sudden drop in rates and discuss options. We ended up locking in shortly after at the perfect time and are so happy with our final rate/price.
