He would make himself available to answer any questions that I had. He would also keep me informed and updated during the process. The continuous communications regarding what was needed from me allowed him to get my application processed and approved within a few short weeks. We recently had a mortgage late on a property that we cosigned for. This caused our credit score to be lower then the required 620 and with the recent mortgage late we could not get approved for the FHA loan. Instead of declining our loan Darryl worked with us to put a plan in place to pay down one of our credit cards and encouraged us to wait a month until the mortgage late was outside of 12 months. Now our score is up and the mortgage late will not affect our approval. Looking forward to him resubmitting our loan and closing in less then 10 to 14 days. Thanks
