Chase Bank Vernier Rd, Harper Woods

I do a lot of banking and this was my first time visiting this chase . Very professional but also very welcoming and relaxing .. the bank manager Cassandra Parker was very polite and professional and made sure I accomplished what I came in for .. My personal banker Lachelle Green was extremely knowledgeable on wire transfer certified checks amongst everything else .. what a great branch, I wish this bank was closed to my home .. they really made my visits a very pleasurable. Thank you

THE ATM’S NEVER WORK!! OUT OF 4 ATM’S YOU’LL BE LUCKY IF 1 IS WORKING. You must either arrive during banking hours or drive 5 miles to the next Chase branch if you want to take YOUR money out! This branch is so awful, and has been for years, that I can no longer bank with Chase!

no one EVER answers the phones, the phone number written on the business card connects to nothing, the message tells you to hit 4 for a list of extensions, but doesn't recognize 4 when you hit it. So nothing happens, no one answers. The main number as listed on the web, never gets answered, Ever. They can't even spell the name of the city they are in correctly, Harperr Woods, it's just not that hard Chase. The person on the card was kind and helpful, but this card with this useless and misspelled info should not be given out by the people watching your money.

The drive up ATM's hardly ever work. There is a walk up ATM on the opposite side of the building, so if the 4 parking spaces are filled you have to leave the parking lot, make a Michigan uturn, go across the expressway just to get back into the parking lot. Very inconvenient!

Staff is nice enough and helpful, but you're lucky if 2 of their 4 ATMs are working, and it's never the two drive through ones, those are always broken.

Had my account wrongfully closed. While setting up new account was told I needed second proof of an ID. Obtain second proof came back within 20 minutes and was told that I needed to make an appointment to open a new account!! This after being told by the teller to go right home get the proof and come right back to finish the opening of the new account because they wrongfully closed the old account. Horrible service, As soon as I said, this wasn't my primary Bank the customer service was gone.

Can you guys do something about the ATMs? Apparently people have been complaining about this for years…Who’s the manager?

This is the worst Chase in existence. I would give it zero stars if I could. No exaggeration at all - the last TEN times I have been to this bank the outside ATMs have the green triangle above them so I pull up under the false pretense that they are functional, only to find out neither one works. Only problem is that once you pass the ATMs there is no way to get back to the walk up side if the only two parking spaces are filled without blocking the lane. So you have to do a Michigan left and go back over the 94 interchange then do another turnaround and try all over again. At that point I’d rather just drive to another Chase. The least they could do is turn the arrows above the ATMs so people don’t waste their time. Or people could just heed my warning and avoid this location altogether. Even when I did all of that and went inside I asked the girl inside if they planned on fixing them any time soon or if they could just turn the triangles to red if the ATMs aren’t working she said “sorry there’s nothing I can do about it.” I said okay well you should at least tell someone who can and again she just said “sorry I can’t.” Okay. Thanks for the help.

The only problem I have with this location is the drive up atms are closed at night but they keep the walk up ones open.. that makes zero sense and is so unsafe

Nicest and friendliest tellers ever. Short lines except Friday afternoons and the third day of the month.
