First time business owners. We were going all over the market looking for a company to fit all our needs including low rates and great quality. I have to say Merchant Solutions went above and beyond what we were expecting. Beautiful system, draws a lot of attention. As business owners we know first impressions go a long way. The tech people are very helpful and patient. We have called over five times in one day and they are always so positive and eager to help. Very smooth transition. I would definitely recommend them over anyone! Not to even mention the rates they have are extremely low! We keep almost all our benefits. They also think about their customers a lot and it shows because they offer payment systems, you can pay as you go. They offer gift cards, promotions etc. THIS IS IT !! THEY ARE THE ONES !!!

I love this company! When I opened my business I looked at a lot of companies at first I was looking for cheaper prices which they beat all deals out there! But now I will not change for any deal or reason simply because they are by far the best!! I have been with this company for about 2 months now. I started off with another POS system called NRS and we had a horrible experience. Our sales rep was wonderful making sure we were comfortable when we were purchasing. Anais helped us as well when it came to taxes. This company so far has been great.

After being with Merchant Solutions for over a year, they closed my account because I sell firearms. My business is named ****** Firearms LLC. What did they think I sold. I disclosed this when I applied and they assured me there was no problem. No about a year and a half later they close my account because their risk department said they do not support firearms sales.
