Even when dealing with some potentially embarrassing family financial issues, they were kind and non-judgmental. Very helpful and attentive staff, I needed a lot of assistance and answers to my questions (there were a lot) McCoy's team made and took the time to make sure I understood the answer to all my questions. Very helpful in planning finances and looking at different scenarios for all the different homes I looked at. More realistic approval than a few competitors I talked to and they beat their rates. Not sure how approval or rates work in this business but they were better. I recommend this team based on how easy they are to work with and how quickly they got everything done (pre approval/ close / etc) and lastly they communicate constantly and reach out without needing to be contacted first; that shows you are front of mind / on a calendar. Already sent my boss their way and he is undergoing his first home buying process now.
