The best decision we made was using Leah Brown and her team to sell our house. Since we were scheduled to move out of state prior to the house being placed on the market, we were not available to handle any issues or concerns that could occur. We relied on Leah. She remained in contact with us, coordinating and resolving any issues that occurred. Leah has access to reliable companies for repair, carpet installation, plumbing, house cleaning, etc. The house was placed on the market and Leah coordinated multiple bids. The house sold in one day and exceeded our expectations. It was a true blessing to have Leah as our agent. It took a lot of stress off of us so we could focus on our move.
