My wife and I could not give adequate words of recommendations and thanks for CGM. We were absolutely impressed with their overall communication, ability, and expertise in the field. I say this with such admiration for their service because we had such a bad experience with our original lender (DHI) who was a complete cluster of inexperience, horrible communication, and an inability to bring the loan to close which cause a horrible delay and frustration beyond belief. Especially considering the fact they (DHI) told us a day before closing they wouldn’t be able to close. Where DHI could not deliver, CMG came out swinging in our favor and knocked it out of the park.
