I’ve had Jason and his team do two loans for me. Each one was different and I had lots of questions. Each member of the team was patient and helpful, but most importantly really competent. Great customer service only matters if they can get the job done with excellence and they do. We had an issue come up on our end that necessitated a delay in closing, and they made it super smooth. On closing day, the attorney made a mistake but Jason and his team were able to compensate for it so we closed on time. Competence, care, integrity, trust, and excellence. Great experience and I recommend.

My wife and I used Jason’s group for our first home purchase and could not be happier. These guys are a must use team if you’re shopping for financing. Jason and Stephanie legitimately never stop making you feel like a top priority. Oh did I mention how FAST they get the job done? From initial offer to close, the deal was done in less than 30 days, I kid you not. We actually got our first preapproval from one of the big national lenders, but we were told by those who know better that local financing in this housing market would more than likely make us more competitive buyers. We stopped shopping at Jason. He was the first local lender I called, and the only. Reason I didn’t look any further is because we were so quickly blown away by the difference in customer service from him when compared to our national lender. The national lender didn’t have “bad” customer service necessarily, but Jason just genuinely goes that above and beyond for you that it just smokes the competition. Didn’t matter what time of day or night (I’m an early bird so keep in mind the latest I texted or emailed Jason was probably 9 PM), I always got a timely response from him when I reached out. Look, the TL;DR is this: If you’re in need of financing for a home purchase, do yourself a favor and call Jason and the gang. I firmly believe no one is going to keep you up to speed and moving along the way this team can.

Jason and his team were amazing!! There were some minor complications right at the end but, Jason went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of in my best interest! Stephanie was amazing with responding to all my questions as soon as I had any. EVEN ON THE WEEKENDS they were available to assist me on anything I needed. Jason Wood with Community Mortgage is the best. I worked with a previous loan officer with the same company, but my credit score was not at the place it needed to be.
