SecurTrust Federal Credit Union Goodman Rd, Southaven

I have been a member of this credit union since 1960. The workers at SecurTrust are the best. However, one in particular stands out. Her name is Isabel Fausto. Every time I walk inside to conduct business she greets me with a big smile. The whole SecurTrust team makes banking easier and stress free.

I had a 10/10 experience with Isabel Fausto. She is amazing! She is friendly and professional and was incredibly knowledgeable! She did a great job and handled all my questions with a positive attitude! I will be going to the Senatobia Branch again because of the awesome Isabel!

Isabel Fausto stands out of all the people I've dealt with in all my years of banking. She is professional, knowledgeable, friendly and compassionate. Due to an error I made, I came up short but she was understanding and helped me get it corrected. You can tell she's a person who truly cares about you as an individual. I’ve had several encounters with Isabel Fausto. My husband recently passed, consequently the Credit Union had to put the restrictions on the account due to possible recall of direct deposits from different government agencies. I had firstly dealt with Mary Ann who was very helpful and very reasonable. I found myself being helped by Isabel more often. The more I’ve dealt with her, the more I am extremely satisfied with her handling the situations. She is very professional, pays attention to details and she certainly is a good listener and thinks rationally. She is a gem and definitely an asset for SecurTrust FCU. Isabel has always been the consummate professional with a wealth of knowledge, and is always ready to help, regardless the situation. I can’t remember a time she has not been able to fulfill my request, while always with a kind word, and sincere request regarding my mother’s health. I have been a continuous member of SecurTrust FCU since 1973, and I would not entrust any other institution with my financial well being!
