All members were very professional, responsive & a wealth of information. Amit created an easy to follow analysis and estimate of what our monthly mortgage would be as well as an estimate of closing costs so we could purchase our new home confidently. Darcy was always right on top of our documents and made sure we had everything completed to keep the process moving along right on schedule. Russell called us after we purchased our home to let us know he would be personally handling our home loan for the years to come and let us know we could call him anytime with any questions. As a first time home buyer, the Ryan Grant team took the time to walk me through the whole process. From understanding what a pre-approval was to what to expect after closing on a home. Buying a home in your 20s seems impossible, but Angilla Wang and the rest of the Ryan Grant team helped me feel more confident in my options and turned my dreams into a reality. Darcy Gonzalez was the loan coordinator and walked me through the loan application process and coordinating tasks after my offer was accepted. The team provided a great resource called Updater to facilitate the moving process including transferring all my mail & utilities. You would think it would be relatively simple to transfer utilities, but I found out there were multiple water companies in my area and the Updater website told me exactly which companies serviced my area for water, gas, and internet. It was a great portal for all my moving tasks, with a nifty checklist and a countdown calendar. Even after the purchase of my home, Ryan followed up with a post closing call and debriefed me on what will happen now that I've closed on the house. I'll be getting emails from the Art of Homeownership, which has tools to keep me updated on the price of my home or any necessary maintenance that's due. The Ryan Grant team really helped me feel secure in my financial decisions and future goals, especially during the pandemic. All team members were considerate and attentive. They utilized all the tools available to ensure social distancing was implemented and speedy responses to allow me to close on my home. I highly recommend this team for your home buying needs!

I now have the pleasure of writing another excellent review as they helped us navigate buying our new home. Huge thanks to Byron Watson, and the whole team at NEO as we were under the gun to have the loan approved in time for us not to miss out on our dream home. They also worked and communicated very well with our agent and the listing agent to make sure everything was in order and progressed smoothly. I would highly recommend them to anybody who is looking to buy a home.

They made the entire process great from start to finish. We worked with Amit and he provided us with the tools we need to succeed in buying a home. The team at Neo Home Loans made the process of buying our first home completely seamless- I cannot recommend them enough. This is my second time working with the Ryan Grant Team. They were recommended highly by my realtor and I can see why. My husband and I were ready to upgrade from a one-bedroom condo into either a larger condo, or townhome. From day 1, they’ve been very honest and transparent and there was never any surprises that could push back our escrow. If they thought that we would have possible issues, they told us upfront and so we were always prepared for anything. 2. If it’s your first time purchasing a house, terms and numbers are confusing. But they’ve explained everything to us so well. And if we found a house that we liked, all we need to do is send Byron the address and he would email us with the numbers which really prepared us for anything! 3. They’re all easy to reach. I could email now and get a response in less than an hour, and if it’s important, I could get a call back in minutes. 4. Customer service skills is unparalleled. 5. They give you cookies from Cravory cookies (which is to die for). And once Russell found out that we loved the cookies, they sent us another box! So if I could give them 10 stars, I would. We’ve had such a great experience with this team, and would highly recommend them to our friends and family.

I have been trying to refinance my home since Feb 2017 and after working with two banks with no success I decided to give Ryan Grant a call based on all the positive reviews I’ve read. From the very beginning, Ryan and his team made me feel that they would do their very best to ensure there was constant communication and transparency. Something that I definitely didn’t find working with 2 other federally funded financial institutions. After diligently working with Ryan and Darcy to get all the papers processed, there was never a question on the status of my loan.
