Worst bank ever! Been trying to activate my debit card for months! First they had my SSN incorrect and took a day to fix it! Now I call the line to activate the card as I’ve been trying to do since November and the system won’t allow you to do so! You can only speak with “customer service” during normal business hours so God forbid you need assistance at any other time! I will be closing this account ASAP! *Response* I did reach out to you all that’s how they knew to fix the SSN! They told me it was *fixed* and I NEEDED TO CALL MYSELF to activate the card! They never offered to call MasterCard or provide any additional assistance! I’m sure I can’t activate the card because the social is STILL not correct! The ladies at the branch aren’t very helpful and neither is the website. Again, based on my experience I will be closing this account and using Wells Fargo. Thank you.
Q - I'm sorry you've been having issues with your debit card activation. I wish you had reached out sooner as we would have contacted Mastercard directly for you, who activates the cards. We are available via the internet and your Virtual Branch account all the time for questions or inquiries.

I used to love banking here. Wouldn't bank here ever again. New employees and absolute horrible service. Met April and Claire today, so glad I don't bank there anymore. They find customer service amusing

Terrible bank! The employees are rude when it come to questioning about transactions that were made in my account. I hate this bank and I will be closing my account with them soon
