I'm just shocked. The final straw was when the person on the other end hung up on me. I called the Credit Union this morning because my credit card was being declined and I had received and responded to a fraud alert about a month ago. I was trying to explain the problem and she kept interrupting. We ended the call with "someone will call you back". I waited about 5 hours and called the other branch and ended up back on the phone with the same person. I told her that she hadn't really heard my problem, yet, and maybe she was just in a hurry and that's why she kept cutting me off. She told how busy they were and assured me that someone would call me back. I told her she was still not listening and she hung up. My credit card still doesn't work.

azealia banks was no where to be found, my Mary was looking for her for hours no where to be seen do not recommend at all, APPALED!!!!

Something happened to this place that wasn't good. I'll leave it at that.

I have been a member of this credit union for right at 10 years. Wish I had not ever done any business with these people ever!. Horrible customer service. I have waited 3 days for a return call. And had to call all over Gods green earth for the one person who was no help at all. Constant reports of system hacks always their excuse. Take my word move your money elsewhere... ASAP! And constantly a problem with my accounts. Even the ATM doesn’t work half the time.

The credit union was hacked on December 6, 2018, I was contacted that “my” debit card was flagged for fraud alert. Was informed by a representative for the Calvert, AL Brach that I would receive a card 10 days from December 6, 2018. It is now December 19, 2018. Still no debit card. I began calling the credit union on December 11th. Was informed my card has been shipped, I’ve called every day since, only to be on hold long periods of time never get a callback. So I keep calling only to be told sorry for the delay all our members had to get new cards and we are just protecting your account and I appreciate that. I don’t have credit cards all I have is a debit card. called the following day because I still have no card was told we can expedite you a card for $40 but that still not overnight shipping. I am slated to board a flight December 22, 2018, for a trip I’ve planned all year for Christmas I can not pay for a hotel room, checked back or my Broadway show with a check or cash. I know and feel I am not being valued or treated as a priority as a customer or member of this credit union for the error(s). I wasn't even given the option to have a new card expedited with fees waived due to my inconvenience. This credit union sucks I wouldn’t recommend them to the hackers who started this mess, yet alone Satan Himself.
