From trying to decide what mortgage lender to go through, through the entire closing process, Courtney made herself available to answer all of our questions within a timely fashion and in comprehensive terms we were able to understand. Courtney worked extremely well with our realtor, putting together numbers for different offers within minutes of us letting her know we were ready to write an offer. This made the process so seamless and way less stressful having a lender with such quick communication skills. I truly do not think that we would have continued putting offers in during this crazy market if it wasn’t for her strong communication skills and willingness to talk us through every step of the home buying process. I even came down with an illness on closing day, and she was so quick to respond and come up with solutions so we could close at our scheduled time.
