Kelli is knowledgeable, friendly, responsive and solutions oriented. Plus, they have great rates! The day after our offer was accepted, rates were starting to rise. She had one lender still at the previous day’s, lower rates and she proactively called us, strongly urged is to lock in, and she was right! Rates went up and she no doubtedly saved us thousands of dollars over the life of our loan.

Phenomenal lender. She takes it upon herself to answer any and all questions. It's a great trait for someone to understand what people may not know, often you can't ask the right questions because you do not know what you do not know. Kelli can place herself in your shoes and be sure you understand all aspects of your loan, even things you may have never thought to ask about. She provides fantastic estimates, very accurate to what the final pricing comes out to. She airs on the conservative side, accounting for the maximal scenario so you are never caught paying more than what's estimated. In all of my cases, we ended up paying less, but still close to the estimate. She is incredibly responsive and always has a positive attitude. I very much enjoy working with Kelli and I recommend her to any and all friends.
