Being a first time homebuyer was very intimidating and can get overwhelming. Cay was such a key piece to making our whole experience a positive one. From preapproval to the very end, Cay was there for us. She would work up numbers to every single house we would be interested in to help us gauge how much our approximate mortgage payment would be. Every single question we had, we would have a response within hours. We really appreciated the responsiveness and availability Cay provided. After we found our home, Cay walked us through every single step we needed to take to complete the buying process. It went so smoothly that we were able to close in about three weeks!
