I’ve been dealing with Federal Savings now for a couple years now with multiple loans. They have always been helpful and easy to work with, as well as they go above and beyond to get things done. Jake, Savanna, and Sandy make a great team.

Mr. Crowley came Highly recommended, and he accomplished what others lenders couldn't! We had moved here from MN a year ago, so didn't know the things to watch out for in the area. His guidance, and amazing help from Savannah his assistant, helped us into a beautiful mountain home! Best experience ever!

Ryan Singer has been incredibly difficult to get a hold of. I can only get a hold of him when he needs something from me. Ryan was also very misleading about the process to get an IRRRL, he made it sound very easy and told me things wouldn’t be an issue that were and issue. He didn’t explain the process well at all, I wasn’t aware that there could be problems with the appraisal and so he had me get a personal loan to deal with those problems and now I’m having problems with my date of employment when he assured me it wouldn’t be an issue, so I’m stuck with a huge loan bill and no definite way to handle it, and I can’t get a hold of him to try to problem solve.

From start to finish, Jeff and his team made the process of buying our first home so easy. We had very little knowledge of the process and Jeff had an answer for every question. The whole process was enjoyable, and we couldn't be happier. Thank you so much!!

I don’t appreciate getting advertisements in the mail from this company that pretend to be from my actual loan company. If you need to trick me into doing business with you, I don’t think much of your business.

I just wanted to give a shout out to Rhonda and her staff. Not only were they very professional and knowledgeable, they took extra time with me and treated me more like a part of the family and not just another name on an account. They made it so easy to process all the draws on my construction loan. And when it came to switching it to our home loan after the construction was completed, it switched over so smooth. It was awesome working with Nate Kelley. Everything went smoothly and my refi has helped me get equity out of my home while lowering my monthly payments. Nate makes everything easy!

David and team were fantastic. David made the time to come meet me during closing even with it being a 90 minute drive for him. During closing, we bonded over talking about dogs while the closing documents were processing. David always made time to talk even on the weekends or evenings. He helped explain things to me who knows nothing about mortgages or home buying. Surprised me with a beautiful Colorado themed wine bottle and wine glass holder. I would definitely recommend David to friends and family (my sister referred David to me).

I loved working with Magdalena. She is great at communicating and explaining the process, plus she is very nice! I strongly recommend working with her.
