I recently started my small business and I quickly got extremely busy and found my self needing more equipment to meet my demand. The biggest hurdle I found was not being able to get a loan due to only being in business for 5 months. That is when I someone referred me to Lori McGowan. I gave her a call and was greeted with a happy voice and someone that was eager to help me! We spoke about my needs and my goals for the company and she helped me build my business credit all the while providing great customer service. She provided me with the service and attitude that I hope I can provide for my customers every day! I’m always weary of places with 5 star google reviews because I assume they are fake. This company is legit. Quick approval, friendly customer service, completely transparent and helpful. If i could leave a -5 start review i would. Tandem has to be the worst finance/lease company out there. Do yourself a favor and make sure you know how much youre paying for your entire loan before it doubles.

Tandem Finance is a great company to do business with. I started a trucking company and had some very rough start-up issues, (due to the lies of other companies telling me one thing and never delivering), Tandem so far, has been very understanding. They will work with you as long as you keep them informed. If you give them a date to pay, make sure you contact them on that day whether you can pay or not. I don't know how long they will work with you, (and I don't want to find out!), but they will; and that truly is in short supply in today's world. I've never had anyone that I've talked to have a bad attitude. If you are looking for a good finance company that's caring, give Tandem a try.

Financing was easy, staff are friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and I was approved for more that I was expecting all in one day. Finance options are affordable and they work with you through the entire process. I will go through them again in the future. Excellent company.
