We just purchase our first home, great customer service. My experience working with Mr. David Schwartz is very knowledgeble and always available to talk during our Mortgage process. I recommend to every person I know that is considering refinancing or buying a house to use Isaac Shalom at Federal Savings Bank as their mortgage banker. We used Isaac when we first bought our house and when we refinanced the first time. Isaac made us feel like we were the most important client we had. He is extremely knowledgable, professional, and excellent at his job and explaining the process to a layperson like me. I told him we were considering refinancing if it hit a specific rate. Isaac checked the rates every single week for us and called us when the time was right. He and his team were easy to work with and they were prompt in processing our application. The entire process was smooth from beginning to end. I guess the best proof of how great Isaac and his team are to work with is that we have recommended him to friends, who have used him and in turn recommended him to their friends.

Ben Akerman is the best mortgage broker. answers timely, and pushes things along. my particulars were hard to work with being self employed etc., but the whole process worked out well. this is my third mortgage with The Federal Savings bank since 2012. rates keep getting better, i keep going back to the bank that gets me the best rates and get it done!

David and Daniel were great throughout the entire process, I had been searching for the right bank since March. There was not one bank that was able to help me with my VA loan. Daniel and David were helpful and very knowledgeable when it came to the VA process. They made the process easy and straight to the point, I would recommend them 110%

I just had a horrible experience with Federal Savings Bank employee Jonathan Hugger Vice President. The arrogance in his voice when I asked a question. Most of our communications have been by text. I asked if he could call me to answer a few questions. He treated me as if I was disturbing him. He went off about fraud. Why would you think I would commit fraud, Jonathan? Just because I asked about adding my partner to the mortgage. When I expressed my disappointment in his tone and accusation, Jonathan responded, do what you have to do, reviews, calls, whatever. "I don't care and ended the call." Wow!!!!!!!

I appreciate all the patience, courtesy and diligence during my mortgage loan process. The team was outstanding. Jasmine in Chicago, as well as Clara & Isaac in NY were very professional and great communicators. Thank you all!
