Very beautiful building, eyecatching. Very professional, helpful personnel, kind, nice and respectful.

If you want customer service, this is definitely NOT the Branch go to. I was trying to give this Branch the benefit of the doubt but all previous reviews are correct. They do not value your time. They act really nice and professional when they want you to open an account but then you're nobody to them. I try to call repeatedly and no answer, after 5 rings the phone system basically tells you to make an appointment and hangs up. When you try to make an appointment the website says there's none available. When you come in you still have to wait extensively. All I wanted was two simple questions answered and I had to walk in on a day that's snowing and the roads extremely slippery. At the end the Branch manager was able to help answer my questions and concerns and I'm happy about that but still kind of upset that it took this much effort on my part.

Jonathan greeted me immediately and handled my concerns within minutes. Quick, easy and very welcoming! Thank you Jonathan!

1 teller at 2PM smack dab in the middle of the financial district. took 20 minutes for someone to even acknowledge my presence in line only to tell me to sit with a “specialist” .... for a pin change

Tellers are so unfriendly and clueless but then the manager is super friendly. Sad that they will bring down the branch when he is trying so hard.

The WORST experience ever!! I wish I could give zero stars. I've never met such unprofessional bank employees. I've lost two weeks of my time trying to see their mortgage banker Kevin Osowiecki. I had to come all the way from Brooklyn just to hear that he was stuck at closing and cant come. I've schedule the appointment week before. Why he couldn't just let me know that he is not coming?!! He didn't even bother to call after that. I've scheduled other appointment few days after. And he just called on the day of the appointment and said he cant do it and ask to come next week ANY time and he will see me. I've schedule appointment for next week and guess what.. he wasn't there. and bank manager wasn't even sure where Kevin is. But he promised me that he will call ASAP... Of course I'm still waiting for that call. 3 times!!!! Like seriously!! how is that even possible to mess up 3 times.

Why is there always just 1 teller working? Literally every single time I’ve come in here, the lines are long and the wait is ridiculous. Two other people working in this place, but no one ever hops behind the glass to help with the line. Freaking ridiculous. As if everyone wants to spend their lunch hour standing in line at a bank.

Every time I come here the tellers are inattentive and today, no teller at the Windows for a good 10 minutes while customers waited to be seen. Go to another location if you are able to.

This BoA always only has one teller working. It's ridiculous. Their customer service is always bad. People have things to do other than stand for half an hour to make a payment that takes half a minute.

One teller throughout the day and he does NOT know what he is doing. The wait is 30 minutes or longer!!! NEVER GO TO THIS BRANCH.
