    I have been in my current residence for 4 yrs. When I initially moved in, maintenance needed improvement regarding response time. Shortly thereafter, a crackerjack team seemed to be hired. I would see them just about everyday providing needed repairs and not just to newly vacated apts. They came across in both appearance and manner as professional. Then, all of a sudden, they were gone. Only time I see staff is when apt has been vacated. I've had a window that I cannot use because the balances need to be replaced, and within the last week, the power knob broke off my dryer being unable to use it. I'm to the point of looking to having an outside source to come repair.

    The worse company ever it’s so hard to get in touch with corporate! They are really rude and just extremely unprofessional! My apartment is horrible it’s really cold and everything is just patched up and duct taped! They never call you back! Michelle fox is horrible at customer service, she never replied to emails and when she does she’s so rude

    The worst deception fron the start regarding amenities, washer and dryer in one it's a real joke, washer doesn't work due to plumbing issues the dirty water or sewer water keeps coming into washing machine so the clothes are not clean. I don't care whether you add your detergent and fabric softner they come out smelling terrible due to the plumbing issues. The dryer after 3+ hour of drying clothes are not dry and had 50 million rinkles!! A joke they supposedly fixed it but it's still doing the same things. Stove is another issue or oven rather doesn't work properly doesn't hold temperture therefore your food can not properly cook frpm a swwet potato, a pizza or the Thanksgiving turkey, I have never in my entire life. OMG!!!! The property manager is the worst never availble during business hours, says shes busy? Dosen't return calls much less emails she's so busy this is her excuse this is a smaller property pretty quiet. This person has a rude and nasty attitude when your paying rent minding your business trying to get the services your paying for to work properly. Paper thin walls you can hear everything it's now winter air coming from every direction . Turn on the heat put it on 72-76 still never reaches the tempstays cold in ehre. OMG!! It's a lot to unpack....... maintence leaves a lot to be desired says residents are awar

    I've been a resident of Cityside at Huntington Metro Apartments for two years, I'm sooooo appreciative of the consistencies of property manager Ms. Jauhara Anderson, her assistant Deb and Kevin from the maintenance team as a matter of fact the entire maintenance team for providing a safe and clean place to live, when I get visitor they are amaze of the cleanliness, the secured lock doors and the lobby area, The most important thing about Cityside at Huntington Metro Apartments management is that they live up to there word when it comes to making residence experience pleasant.....Thank You for consistently making me proud to be a resident of Cityside at Huntington Metro Apartments.

    They simply cannot properly roll out an effective or basically working online portal for residents which is absolutely ridiculous. I can’t even figure out how much rent I have to pay this month. When I called up the new number for the new place they are using since the last one didn’t work either, I still wasn’t not able to figure out how much rent I had to pay. And they are terrible at responsiveness it is almost guaranteed that you will have to call corporate to get a response. The property is fine for the money but the customer strand experience is absolutely terrible

    If I could give 0 stars I would. I moved into my apartment -Ashton Heights apartments, April 1,2021. From day 1 my HVAC unit has not worked. I was provided with a window unit for the summer months and a portable heater, which I cannot use because it blows the power out of the entire apartment. I have notified the rental office and corporate and keep getting the run around. They send maintenance, Haji, who does nothing but comes to look at the issue and says he will be back and never returns, and it he does try to fix something he breaks something else. Khadijah-Property Manager and Mariah leasing agent are both unprofessional and lack customer service and empathy. I have also spoken with Michelle Fox, Regional manager who came to inspect my apartment and promised my issues would be addressed and she would follow-up with an email. That was 3 weeks ago, still no email. At the point I will be reaching out to Landord Tenant court for my next course of action. I have other issues that need to be addressed but this no heat/air and not being able to open windows is truly unacceptable. If I didn't need the use of the elevator I would have left long time ago!! DO NOT MOVE TO ASHTON HEIGHTS OR ANY OTHER DONALDSON GROUP PROPERTY!!! OH and I'm still waiting to sign a new lease which Mariah called me personally about to confirm my email address, that was over 3 weeks ago as well!!

    I am not going to blame the Donaldson group but they have several complexes, I think. I have a problem with Phoniex Apts. They need to rid all but Nicole and Shawn from the their duties. They are very unprofessional. I can give several other reason but I don’t want to talk about folks I’ve had no experience with. I have been asked to start a petition about the lack of professionalism shown at the Phonexi in Bladensburg, Md. Times are too hard to deal with incompetence when you are paying your rent every month and on time. I truly believe all the problems I am haven’t with them is because they did profit over Covid now they trying all they can do to make up monies they thought Covid relief fund would cover. This is my opinion from my experiences and not slander.

    I have been an employee with The Donaldson Group for a year. Watched my mother grow through the company for 12 years. It has been by far one of the best experiences of my life. Working along side a wonderful team of individuals who are about growth, compassion, excellence, ownership and many more values. Being an employee for TDG has allowed me to embark on skills I never thought I had. They actually care about their team, they recognize all the hard work and dedication we bring forward to the table, and by all means they inspire me to go above and beyond.     I’ve tried everything possible to communicate with corporate and the employees at Andrew Ridge Apartments in Suitland, MD. I’ve called and left several messages for weeks and still no returned call as of today from corporate. I have continue to constantly contact the rental after leaving messages. When I’m able to get a hold of someone in the office their only response is did you contact corporate. Lack of communication with the staff and it looks like some of the staff is not aware of their company’s policy when leasing a new apartment home. Everyday I call I’m asked to leave a message as if I didn’t leave a message yesterday. I left messages for the regional Director Michelle Fox and the Vice President and still no answer. My advice to anyone looking please stay away if you’re looking to rent a new home from Donaldson Group. I wasn’t looking to rent put I was helping my sons out on their first apartment. I must say I’m so glad my sons didn’t move into Andrew Ridge apartment. I can’t deal with deal with Unprofessional/rude individuals. I really wish I didn’t have to give a star to leave a review.

    I'm a fairly new resident at The Woods of Marlton. I moved in towards the middle of March. I sold my home in October and needed temporary residence until my home is finish being built. It's extremely hard transitioning from your own house to an apartment, however I felt pretty confident with this apartment complex after doing some research and working with Kelsey Mullen. Kelsey was very responsive, professional, outgoing and appeared to be knowledgeable. She really was great! The price was decent, the neighborhood looked nice and the amenties (clubhouse, pool, fitness center, racquetball, tennis court) were great! Fast forward to present (May 3, 2021) and I'm told I do not have access to all of the amenities that are advertised, which I am paying for. I have limited access and guess what I'm paying not just the full rent, but an extra $200 month because I needed a short term lease. To say I feel manipulated is an understatement. I was not informed at all about the restriction of amenities when I applied or moved-in. I wasn't informed about the extra $200 until after I had already applied and accepted everything. I'm paying almost $2K a month for a tiny 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment that's less than 1000 feet. Due to COVID I didn't get to see the apartment in advance but was sent a video of a similiar apartment. Mine did not look like the video at all but I had already signed the lease and must admit kind of desperate. While I most certainly understand our normal lives have been impacted by COVID, this information should've been relayed so I could've made an informed decision. Residents who are paying full price should NOT be paying full price when the business is not providing what it advertised. The clubhouse is not available at all and their uncertain about the pool opening. The fitness center is now only open during business hours, must be reserved in advance and only 2 ppl are permitted. Why is the fitness center an issue? Well most people work for a living, children are still distance learning and it's not always possible to "schedule in advance". In addition, you may not have any guests. This is all absolutely ridiculous. I'm extremely disappointed and legal action from the residents is definitely a thought. We've been dealing with COVID for over a year now and the response I received about "crossing fingers" until things return to normal, and corporate gives permission to open amenities fully etc., as we deal with COVID is unacceptable. The other response of corporated doesn't want to lower the prices, modify paperwork since they don't know how long it will last etc. After a YEAR, corporate should've been making changes with either amenities, rent, and most certainly updated the leasing information to reflect properly. To think I may be stuck paying $2000 a month for an apartment with no amenities for my family and I doesn't sit well with me at all, especially as we enter the summer. I hope corporate is professional and considerate of their residents to resolve these concerns without it having to go further. I must mention that I've been reluctant to submit maintenance request but have had issues with one of our bathroom showers. Only one person can take a shower because the hot water doesn't last long at all. Maintenance were very professional, however their suggestions didn't work regarding the hot water. I tried taking a bath and that was a disaster. The hot water didn't last long enough to actually get the tub half way full and we made sure we didn't use any hot water prior to and I attempted to take it in the morning. It really frustrates me how businesses continuously take advantage of individuals financially. BUSINESSES who have way more money than individuals, consistently taking advantage unless it's brought to their attention and their forced to do something that should've been done, which is be considerate. We're all doing the best we can and facing hardships as people to have to deal with your personal home life being impacted due to your apartment complex taking advantage is disheartening.
