Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Shady Grove Rd, Rockville

We opened a trust account ( or thought we did on April 18th with all paperwork submitted by April 19th.) As of today we have not had a confirmation. I dropped by the store yesterday and was told I would get a call. Still no call and no confirmation. This is not what I expect. I liked it better when Bank of America used to ask, "How can I exceed your expectations?"

This is one of the few Bank of America branch locations that I don’t only think is okay, but I actually go out of my way to recommend. The staff is remarkable. They do a great job keeping the line moving and getting you in and out of there as quickly as possible. Because of the location, this branch is rarely overcrowded. The 24 hour ATM outside is great as well.

Nobody asked me what I needed. When I tried to find help, one associate told me that "I'm with a client". I guess that I'm not a client. They made me feel like I was bothering them. I've worked in customer service myself, so I know what it feels like to deal with a "difficult customer". I try my best not to be one. But I also happen to know when someone doesn't like the job. You can't work in customer service if you can't handle customers.

Since the closed the others shady grove branch, i’ve Been coming here. The service is abysmal. Each worker is incompetent. If you see one and they are not there, don’t expect the other workers to be able to pick up and help. In addition, they have an attitude when they get frustrated for having the lack of intelligence to comprehend. I recommend that Bank of America trains these workers.

Poor service Bank of America should go out of business or they should hire more people. I have problem at all off there locations in Maryland either long lines or no drive through windows available this location no teller was available for 20 minutes because they only had one working so they told me to come back after 20 minutes or go to another location. Reason why I switched my account to another bank.

The manager named Fernanda Assurian is very rude and has no customer service skills. She’s very obnoxious and she thinks she knows everything. She used to be the manager at the Bank of America in Old Town Gaithersburg and she used to be the manager at the Bank of America on Quince Orchard Rd. At both locations, I noticed how she treats the customers and staff with very little respect. She needs to take courses on customer service and human relations. She is very full of herself and a very conceited person.

No drive thru window which is very inconvenient. I do most of my banking using mobile banking, but sometimes I prefer to make a deposit quickly. There is no parking at the location as the Urgent Care is also there and the parking lot is typically full.I drove around 3 times today before I found a spot. They have finally put a drive thru ATM in. So that is some progress.

I only use this bank because my landlord won't pick up my rent so I have to deposit into their account. It doesn't matter if you come right when they open, during the day, or later before closing time. They always have one teller. The teller is always friendly which I appreciate but having one teller at a time is ridiculous.

The manager of the Bank Miss Chi , she is very patient , I had an issue with my account I try to fix that on tel call but no body could fix it for me, then i decided to go to one of the branches to ask for it. she spend an hour for me with kind and finally after many call that she did she fixed that for me. i decided to close my account but because of her i changed my mind and i keep it. only people like her deserved position like this.

Manager named Juan Portillo was one of the most unprofessional bankers i’ve met. I went in with a bunch of information for an international wire transfer and he said the “system” needed a 9 digit wire transfer number. I was given a 5 digit transit no and 3 digit institution # ( from my canadian bank) and he wouldn’t let me call the bank to ask if i had wrong info.. I couldn’t believe how hostile he was right off the bat about me not having the 9 digit number he wanted. I immediately closed my account with Bank of America and went to the Capital One location in Shady Grove and the lady was super nice and helpful and got everything done for me!
