Did not meet goals or expectations with ample amount of time. Waste of money. There was many covered up lies, saying they got certain items removed that would end up popping up again later. My credit went up significantly once I stopped using them. Despite being told my credit would drop once I canceled my membership with them because certain disputes would be taken off of hold (another fear tactic to string you along to stay another round) I too, was given the run around that I would see improvement after the next round and the next one. Two stars for the professionalism, however unsuccessful.

I don’t normally leave reviews but I would like to take the time to thank the credit repairmen, my credit score has gone up over 100+ points. They explain to you in detail what to do to increase your score. They also fight and dispute charges on your credit report which in my case were ultimately removed and made a huge difference. I highly recommend this amazing company to everyone and look forward to increasing my score even more.

I had found this company on social media. Alyssa was a mutual friend. I saw the posts about credit repair and contacted her. We connected in late November early December at the office location and she was able to help my boyfriend and I better understand our credit and the positives and negatives that go along with it. We signed on, nervously, but have truly realized how awesome they really are. Kathy was super helpful and didn’t make me feel like things were being dragged out. Every month you really do see negative accounts being dropped off your credit. Communication was probably scarce on both sides occasionally. We really lagged on sending information to them and sometimes had questions that took a little bit to hear back from, could have been our fault honestly for not relaying paperwork from the disputes. But overall, in 7 months, my credit score went from low 500’s to over 700 points. I am so happy and feeling blessed that we took that chance and truly invested back in our selves. They offer realtors for home buying, tax reps, and other services. 5 stars all the way! I’m so happy to start this new chapter and never realized how important credit is. Give them a shot, I swear you won’t be disappointed.

The Team over at Credit Repairmen did everything I asked them to do. I was able to repair my credit in 45 days and they were with me every step of the way. Even sent me emails with tips and a progress report. The are a very open and honest team and I would recommend them to anyone that may need help with their credit. Thank you all because I have been approved for $422,000.00 to by my families forever home!

The Credit Repairmen and their staff are top notch. I recommend anyone that wants or needs to clean their credit to purchase a home, finance a vehicle or to clean up their credit. I have used a credit repair law firm in the past and saw no results! I was referred to the credit repairman to help fix my credit on the road to homeownership! They were great! I saw results within the first month! They were always available to answer my questions and many phone calls! They were very personable and I truly felt their excitement for me when I closed on my house!

Was a little skeptical at first to start my credit rebuild, when I walked into office I was greeted with a good handshake and a smile. All my questions and concerns were answered before starting my service with The Credit Repairman. I am completely happy with the Knowledge and results we were able to achieve throughout the process. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SERVICE! We were assured an easy and quick path to improving our credit score after a rough several years of job changes and massive medical bills. Before we called this company we had even paid off all our debt except for our mortgage and had a clean slate at the beginning of this year. My wife and I contacted Credit Repairmen so we could be in a better position to buy a new house with a 2nd baby on the way and needing the extra room. Long story short, they assured us they could get our score up significantly within 3 months and our report was simple compared to others they have successfully cleaned up with bankruptcy and repos. Fast forward 4 months and our score went up a whopping 20 points (which was seen immediately after paying off our credit cards and car payment before we called C.R.). Hundreds of dollars later I tried to review our case with our case manager and she asked for a day to review my file. I agreed and set up a time to talk the next day. I moved my schedule around and waited 45 minutes and never received a call from Katherine. When I called she just said “oh sorry. ok so you wanna cancel your service?” I requested a call from the owner and he got back to me only to tell me “yeah sorry it’s not easy to get a credit report cleaned up.” Our big items on the report? A $20 charge of from 8 years ago suddenly was back on there as was an old cell phone service balance from 7 years ago! It’s almost as if they helped tank our credit even more! Bottom line. Just pay off your debt and pay your bills on time. Credit Repairmen is a waste of money and time!

I'm new to the credit repairmen team, and only started 2 months ago. I will be updating my posts throughout my time with them. So far so very good. They assigned Mr. Hakim to work with my case and I could not be more pleased! He is very intelligent and took the time to educate me on the things I needed to learn, not to mention he is extremely patient and professional. Started this program last year in about April with the ultimate goal of becoming a home owner. Closed on our home 12/31!!! They provide you with short videos that give you advice and information on different types of things. While they work on the back end disputing items on your credit they guide you on the things you can do to maximize an increase on your credit score. Not that everyone’s plan is the same I had one credit score jump up 139 points. Another jumped up 121 points and the third score jumped up 79 points. They are really great at what they do and as long as you follow their suggestions you can see some amazing results. Glad we decided to partner with credit repairmen and glad they helped us achieve our ultimate goal of becoming homeowners.

I'm glad I went with the Credit Repairmen great experience great results. I didn't know what to expect using a credit repair service but this company completely surprised me. Kathy and her team do an amazing job. And the the entire experience was positive good pricing and great customer service. They explain exactly what needed to be addressed and took over from there. I've seen significant results on my scores and they really took care of everything.

This place sounded great at first, but after having services with them For over 8 months and not truly having anything deleted off my credit was very disappointing. Money gone and wasted for nothing. No type of updates or communication with anyone. Not trustworthy in my opinion. Bad experience. But I assume everyone’s credit and situation is different. I would recommend someone who can guarantee there work or money back because I’ve lost over 1000$ with them. And having to start over again with someone else

My wife used this company in 2018 to rebuild her credit. They were able to get her from a 610 to a 720 in three months. They communicated with her every step of the way. Although we've completed the course, they still send us great videos to help keep us on track. I would highly recommend Credit Repairmen for your credit repair needs.

In 2017 I went through credit repair to get my credit fixed. I got the pleasure to work with Kathy. I was little hesitant at first but I’m glad I went through with it. She explained things, communication was great and she answered all my questions throughout the process. I went through 3 rounds and learned a lot along the way. Definitely worth it let’s just say my house is almost at the end of being built and I’m ready to close on it very soon!!

Before starting on my credit repair journey, I was scared and unsure financially. I wasn’t sure if I can afford to fix my credit as bad as it sounds. Let me tell you, I am so glad I did. Working with Miguel and the credit repair team was the best decision I could have made. When I started with Miguel my score was a 520. I wasn’t able to get approved for anything. I always needed a co-signer. After about 10 months my score increased to a 714!! Best feeling ever!!! Here I am a year later about to be a homeowner with NO co-signer!!! Miguel guided me through the process and helped me every step of the way. He was responsive and very helpful! He made this process so easy and very reassuring! Thank you again Miguel! We can't say enough good things about this company! We had closed a business and that came with a lot of financial challenges...It was all very traumatic, but when we were ready to get things back in line, we found this company on a google search and contacted them because of their outstanding reviews. It was a difficult thing to face initially, but The Credit Repairmen did everything, so it was pain free! We worked with Kathy and she was awesome! Very responsive to concerns, sent us videos of the progress, handled all the communication with companies, advised us on how to rebuild...Just was so much easier than we thought it was going to be! If you're stressed or overwhelmed about credit or anything on your credit reports, contact them and they will relieve your stress...and for an affordable amount! Now we have our daughter using their services, so she can start working on owning her first home!

Credit Repairman did an excellent job on cleaning up my credit report. They systematically removed “issues” that were having negative impacts upon my credit report. They were easy to get in touch with and always called back when I left messages. As far as dollars vs service received goes I cannot complain as I believe I have received great and effective service resulting in a 720 score. I highly recommend The Credit Repairman.

If I could give 1 star I would. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! I have not having a decent experience with this company. My score has dropped almost 40 points in two months working with David and Kathy Newcomb. The owner even admitted my score has dropped. He then tried to say I should pay off the creditors. Why was this not suggested earlier? I was originally working with David and he passed me on to Kathy. Every time I speak with her, she acts like she doesn't know who I am and is unfamiliar with my file. She gives false information each time. First they promised me they would take 2-3 months. Now she says 6-9 months. She says I am doing great on credit card use when in actuality my credit cards have been closed and inactive for at least 8 months. She has not suggested doing anything to raise my score. The owner offer to waive my fee for two months because of all the mistakes they are making but what is the point if I am just wasting month after month waiting on them to help improve my score. I am further from my goal than when I started with them. I should have just gone through a more reputable company. DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Our Journey began in March 2019 we were introduced to the Credit repairmen from our builder. We started off with low scores to get automatic approval for a mortgage. Kathy at the credit repairmen was assigned to handle our credit files, from clearing inaccurate, out dated and disputing collection accounts, and settlements. The very next month we noticed a great deal of progress on our repair, fast forward to September 30 we closed on our new home. We could not have accomplished this without the professional help of the Credit repairmen. 5 STAR review, I highly recommend them to anyone looking to get their credit profile in check before applying for a loan.

The company is great, I have been with them a while but I understand credit takes a bit to be corrected. I have recently been approved for a home loan and I am super happy with this. Every time I call or text I can expect a response from my account manager Armando and it is amazing how professional this company has been up to date. Highly recommended.

I started my credit program with the credit repairman Dec 2016 and have seen so many good changes on my credit report. I have now been approved for 3 credit cards that I wasn't eligible for in the past because of credit reasons. They are very helpful and give so many tips on what you can do to better your credit and to reach your goals. My dream of becoming a homeowner is allot closer now then before I started this program. Can't wait for my final results once I've completed the credit repair. I would recommend them to anyone who's had issues with their credit

Writing from my husbands google because I am so happy with how this venture turned out! The credit repairmen are the epitome of a hard working team that are your own personal worker bees. If you want to know all the details, they will give them. Otherwise they will work hard and send you their progress as they go. I had well over 20 collections and month by month they were fixing and fixing. They were all very kind, especially Kathy and Logan! Very patient with me as I didn’t understand how credit really worked and now I have a new chance to start my family right. Thank you guys so so much, a lot of people are coming your way because of the enormous success it’s been for me!

Update: I would give them 5 stars for effort in trying to make it right. As for the service my credit is actually worst from their efforts rather than better. The one item they successfully removed actually popped back up on my report last month and the 2 charged off accounts they reopened continue to grow and hurt my payment history. Honestly the service is not worth it. Get a finacial adviser and review your history with them first before you even consider hiring any credit repair service. Towards the end they informed me they where going to get more aggressive with disputes. I read all their disputes after that and they legit started disputing the validity of me opening my credit cards it was really crazy reading. They did try to make things right. I do appreciate that. As you consider working with them please keep in mind as they start trying to repair old accounts they reopen them, what may have originally been $2000 will become over 4k and years of late payments. I chose this process because 2 month in the hospital and losing a job set me back from all my prior hard work. I thought this could help me but it actually set me back worst. Becautious as you recieve assistance. At one point I was left with a very awful feeling when in their attempt to make it right I received a text from the owner telling me he had thought I would change my review after them trying to make it right. I am grateful for their efforts and if I did not know people they have been able to help just based off my experience I'd question the validity of any other reviews. Prior review. I was referred to them through a best friend who says they were amazing and had a awesome experience. My initial experience has not been the greatest for the first four months. I even intended to cancel but I have been been blown away by the dedication to helping ensure I can be successful in my goals along with the willingness to not only acknowledge my concerns with my experience but immediately take steps to improve it. I look forward to updating this review as I continue the process.
