If I could give 6 stars, that is what I would do! I got a signing with a day in advance from The Closing Signing Service. They are very professional! They warned me about requiring a witness. We went through the docs before signing. The signing took less than 30 minutes. They were very supportive. After the scanback, title reviewed the documents confirming I could Fedex them. This was an unusually pleasant signing. The Closing Signing Service is owned and run by Melina Fuenmayor, LSS graduate. She and her Signing Service are top of the line. Highly recommended for Notaries, Title/Escrow companies, Lenders and Realtors. You really get things done with them!

Just finished the Notary Business Guidance training en Español. I'm extremely satisfied with the information presented and the format. I was actually a little sad when it ended🤗. Their customer service is incredibly OUTSTANDING! I had a last minute signing appointment I needed to schedule. It was already the close of business but my Seller needed a 10am appointment the following business day. This was my first time using The Closing Signing Service. I called Melina Fuenmayor, CEO, after hours. She took my call. Since I was not yet registered in the portal, she accepted an email from me with the details of the appointment and the documents. She took it from there. Her team scheduled the appointment and all was completed promptly with no delays.
