The Citizens Bank W Main St, Morehead

The banks are great but they never have supplies for deposit after hours. I've been to all except the West Liberty branch.

Some of the most brain dead policies I've ever seen. Both me and my wife have a shared account in this bank and my wife can't request new debit cards for us because we both have to be there. What sense does that make? We both work during the banks operating hours and could never both manage to take off at the same exact time to do this.

I've had an account there since 2002. I'll never have another bank while I reside in Morehead. I'm treated with friendliness by the staff and there isn't a place with better customer service. And the services they provide with the overdraft protection as well as the attention to each account is impressive.

Been banking with The Citizens bank since 2017. Never had any problems.

I don't understand. I love the bank. Most of the staff is super friendly and provides great customer service. I do like the fact they are community oriented and local. I like the over-draft protection, even though I dont use it. But the fact, a bank this small can cover an overdraft for a customer but charge me $20 for bank statement reprints is outrageous. I had a bank statement printed a few weeks prior and was never charged or informed of a charge, but somehow now, there is a fee. Working on getting a loan which is the need for the bank statements in the first place.

Opened an account yesterday, only had to wait a few minutes. Sherri was very friendly, knew exactly what she was doing and got us in and out in no time. It was a pleasure to work with her.

I've banked here for 2 yrs now & haven't had any problems. I love the fact that if I over drawl, the bank covers the charge & doesn't charge me a penny!! just whenever I deposit money the next time it deducts however much I overdrew from that next deposit. whereas US Bank charged me $35 for being -.37 cents. then for everyday u don't pay the $35, I was also charged $7 a day. I was in college & was using my parents address & didn't know I had overdrawn & wasn't home to open my mail so it ended up being over $100 charge for 35cents!!! The fact that CB pays my overdraft fees 4 free makes them #1 in my opinion🌟

Everyone is friendly and excellent service I love this bank !!
