Very rude and abrubt employees not helpful store cleanliness was very low and all around mean disrespectful there was snot and chewing tobacco in the was not a pleasant place for business...

They help themselves they Took a vary special knife out of a box I brought in and they bought it off of me with out my knowledge

The shop itself is quite nice but my expierence with the staff is the purpose of my review. Allan was the one who helped me and a friend that day. He was very helpful and to us a very honest and respectful person. All the staff were kind and friendly. We didn’t end up buying anything that day but if I ever need to go to a pawn shop again this will be where I go. 😊

The staff is especially helpful whenever needed. They are very knowledgeable of guns, phones, jewelry, tools and any other articles that they may have for sale. I always find it pleasurable to look at the many items they have on display.😃

I was impressed when after purchasing a gold ring from bypass for $175.00 and was unfortunate to have to sell it just four months later so when I took the ring to a gold buyers shop (closer -less gas) the man said that he would give me $174.00 for the ring, I was blown away I've been a loyal customer ever since and have yet to be treated any different than that first day.
