The Check Exchange Park Ave, Worcester

I pay my bills cash just because I work at a bar & deal with cash. Easier then paying with checks & mailing etc. NEVER had any issues with ANYONE! Give them my money & bills they take the info & I’m done in less then 5mins. Do not understand how anyone can say employees here can be rude. They deal with ALOT! Keep up the good work guys!

I never had a bad experience there i think the people there are very nice i paid my light and cable bills over there ,but this month only that the cable company just turned my cable off bcuz they said payment have not reach them. But the payment was made on 61/22/16 so i don't know if the cable company is missing the information on their system or there us a problem from check exchange.Is almost 2 weeks since i made a payment for my Cable bill charter still don't have the money so i don't have cable .Since 23rd of june every time i called check exchange they tells me oh it would be done by the end of the day and is been 11 days now imagine you have paid for service ur not receiving i 've been advice from charter not to pay my bills there anymore .so something is going on over there and is not good.

They are fast and very helpful. I had an insurance check they were able to cash it immediately. The bank would have held it for three business days. I'm glad they are here!

Never had a problem with this place. And i have been cashing checks there for about 20 years.

Tried cashing my money order every where under the sun.. The check exchange was the only one who would help me out! Never dealing with another bank or check cashier again!

Always fast and professional! Never ever had a problem or misunderstanding and I cash all my checks there and have been for around or more than a year. Oh and very resonable fees! Thanks Check Exchange!

Rude constantly smoking weed in the bilding. Will poste an erly close for holiday weekend and then close at lest an hr erly so all the ppl how cash that checks or pay bills past 4 pm are out of luck. only good thing abt this place is there fast...... And now cus I gave them a bar review and thare claming I lyed that refusing to do thare jobs and cash my check. I suggest that you never eaven consider this place.

They watch customer playing lottery tickets when they see customer not winning several in row they buy for themselves from middle when the customer is still playing. According to lottery store people can play.

the gentleman behind the counter forgot to give my friend his ID back and instead of admitting his fault and making sure that he stayed late enough so he could get his ID back he decided to be rude and say he was going to kick us out and if he isn't there in time he was going to shut the doors and lock them and he can come back when they're open that is rude and disrespectful and I am currently looking for corporates number to get this gentleman fired

The service is professional and reliable. The staff is courteous and helpful.
