Went to the establishment and seen a mentally unstable man outside, so I hurried inside and explained to Zhane that I was a little frightened of that man and his behavior. He came inside and Zhane knew I was nervous, so she took care of him with a professional and hurried manner. As he was walking out, he started shouting and cursing. Zhane paid attention to my surroundings and handled everything professionally. Great job!

I spoke with a lady name DJ over the phone before coming in and she made me very happy and comfortable. After speaking with her I knew I wanted to come in and get some help. Once coming in she was as sweet as over the phone. I was a happy customer leaving the store considering I was in financial need. I was able to walk out the door with my loan and with 0 complaints.
