Francine was great, simply a good experience with The Check Cashing Store. She took all the time needed to explain me all documents, and took care of my situation. Very quick service, and very diligent. Very pleasant by phone, and even better by person when I arrived to the store. I'll definitely look forward to do business with them again. Highly recommended.

This is one of the best check cashing stores I have been to. I came here with my boyfriend to cash his check. There was a really kind lady with dreads that helped him cash his check. Her name is Francine. She had to send the check for further verification which took quite some time, but she was very polite and professional. She checked in with us to let us know they are working on it and We have not been forgotten. Great customer service.

I went into the check cashing store inquiring about a $1000 ATM withdrawal. I was told by a very polite young lady by the name of Francine, that I can actually get a loan of that amount but cannot get that amount from the ATM . She then asked if I was a business owner my response was yes . I do have a business, she also informed me about the business account that the stores offers and all of the requirements needed to open such account. I did not not open the business account at the time, but will definitely be returning to get it started. The customer service at this store is on point. The two workers Miss Francine and Miss Villette showed much courtesy the minute I walked through the door. Customer service at its best!!

At the request of the 'teller' who took my order on August 5th, 2020, I am posting this review. Go to the Check Cashing Store if you need cash or small bills. Their customer service representatives are usually pleasant to work with. Just be aware the lines may be long, so if you come here by cab, make sure your driver is willing to wait outside for you. Honorable mention goes to Anna Kaye, for being such a wonderful manager at this location. You are so awesome, Anna! :-D
