We used Nationwide Lending for many months as we helped clients navigate small business loans during the disaster relief program. We were VERY lucky to have met and worked with Lee Perez, an employee of Nationwide Lending. Lee went above and beyond for months on end to be sure our clients needs were met. Lee follows up and follows through providing updates with and without being asked. Her customer service is expectational! Lee will not stop until her accounts are correct and closed. The level of continual communication and care she puts into her work is beyond anyone we have seen in the almost year and a half we have been working with lenders. THANK YOU Lee! You are a rare gem! I truly hope that should we never need to work in this capacity again, we are able to link back up with you!

Nationwide Lending was the perfect company to help me obtain an amazing refinance interest rate!! Carlos Ordonez and his team took care of me in every step of the way! Because of their great effort and responsiveness I was able to lockdown a 1.99% interest rate for a 25 year refi! Never have I seen that anywhere else! As a real estate broker, I interact with many professionals from various fields, including the lending industry. Never, have I ever encountered such a poor, unpleasant experience, as I have with Nationwide Lending Direct. The level of unresponsiveness, lack of care for their client, unprofessional attitude and seeming incompetence, that has been my experience, is beyond acceptable. The alleged Manager, Daniel Sheps, is no different with his avoidance of calls and lack of information while defending his team. Our transaction was delayed, as they wasted at least 15 days without ordering the appraisal, as is protocol, despite my daily follow-ups. They did not meet the loan commitment date and certainly not the closing date. Based on my experience, I would caution anyone considering the use of these folks for their loan needs.
