We are new to Ohio and honestly only meant to rent a property while we were here, but after speaking with Jared Perez, it only made sense to purchase a property that we would use for years to come, even though we're originally from Arizona. The situation required that we remain close to the best healthcare in the country, and maybe even the world, for our son, which is the Cleveland Clinic. We moved up to the Cleveland area from Alabama. Shawn and the Chase Group were excellent in helping us find a home while we were so far away! Shawn was responsive and very helpful throughout the entire process. As first time home buyers, it was great to have someone knowledgeable and willing to answer any and all questions.

We came back to Matt after having a positive experience a few years ago, buying and selling at the same time. We were fortunate enough to work with Rocky and Matt this time around, buying and selling at the same time again. Given the current market conditions, we had prepared for some hurdles. They were so aggressive in the off-market houses, trying to generate any leads they could based off of what our desires were. Danielle Sutcliffe truly did an amazing job to help us find our dream home. My wife and I moved from 3 states away which was a major stress. However Danielle was on top of everything and made the transition very smooth. She always responded to us timely and stood in our corner with any challenges that came our way. Our offer fell through twice, we had to come up with more money for closing after a low appraisal, the seller was thinking about backing out and guess what! WE GOT THE HOUSE!
