Loved working with Jackie, Gregg, and Min to buy our first home - and would highly recommend First Savings! They were helpful, knowledgeable, and always watching out for us. In a process where you get so much information and have so many things to do and review and sign, they were there to bring clarity and peace of mind. I have done three mortgages through the Busch Team and have found them to be responsive and very much in front of the process. With other companies the process has been fraught with problems and lots of 11th hour requests for information. With First Savings there were no surprises and this part of the transaction was secured well in advance of the closing. I would and have highly recommended this company to friends and family.

Attempting to get prequalified for a mortgage as first time home buyers is intimidating as it is. However we never felt like the person we were working with had their paperwork together or knew what they were doing. She came back with one number and 20 minutes later a different number because she forgot something. Took over a week as she kept asking for additional information that was already on the paperwork we had provided.

I would not recommend. There were way too many errors on the loan estimate and the closing disclosure. The team was not easy to get in touch with and it was hard to get clear answers to questions I had.

Gregg spoke with us early on a Saturday morning (based on our schedule) and the team got everything done on time with little hassle. What more could you ask for?
