Brian is THE best, I would give him 10 stars if I could! I worked with him recently to purchase my first home, and throughout the entire process he was an invaluable resource. He provided a ton of helpful info when we first spoke at the start of my search, and explained things in a way that made them easy to understand as a novice. He responded incredibly quickly to inquiries, and gave frequent updates on the loan approval process once I found a place I loved. On top of all that he is super nice and incredibly professional. Buying a home in this market was stressful at times, but Brian and his team made the process as easy as it could have possibly been. I can’t recommend him highly enough!

Brian is an awesome professional. We had multiple questions and he took the time to answer all of them. Most of the time, Brian replied to our emails super quickly, often in 15-20 minutes — that's extremely helpful when you're dealing with an ultra competitive seller's market. During the whole process Brian was fast, patient, sharp, clear, frank and knowledgeable. We had absolutely no surprises, nothing obscure from the approval letter to closing. And he also got us an amazing rate! You don't need to look further. He's a great professional and a great guy too. I would recommend Brian to friends, family, everyone. Just go with him.

We have used Brian and his team to obtain 3 mortgages, starting with our first home 15 years ago and most recently a few months ago when we purchased our forever home. He has always been generous with his time and answered all of our questions and helped us to learn and understand the process of home buying and mortgages more fully. We are confident he found us great rates each time. His responsiveness to emails is amazing and you feel like he is always available to help. Our search for our current home took several years and he was always patient and ran numbers for us over and over again without complaint. We are thrilled to be in our new home, but will miss talking to Brian. We will probably still check in with him because he has become a friend over the years! We would highly recommend him and have found him extremely professional and trustworthy. UPDATE— with rates being at historic lows, we just used Brian again! This time for a refi. Even though I know their workload is huge, he was still just as responsive and detailed oriented as ever. His customer service is truly without match. I called him on a Friday night at 6pm with a time sensitive question and he picks up on the first ring. Brian is truly always there for his clients. Very happy to know him!

Brian is hands down THE BEST mortgage lender! My entire refinance process went so smoothly with absolutely no issues. Brian's team laid out all the instructions clearly in emails. I personally like to communicate via emails and his team is extremely quick to respond. Brian is also always available by phone. Last but not least, Brian was able to find the best interest rate for me! Highly recommended!

Brian truly can’t be beat. 5 years ago we worked with Brian to get a mortgage for the townhome we were purchasing and he was so informative, responsive and friendly that I stayed in close touch with him. After a year or so when we began planning for our next move into a single family Home Brian was my first call. We talked about our situation, and developed a long term plan for our move-up and relocation purchase. Anytime I had a question Brian was right there and happy to inform and educate. Brian gave great advice, found us a realtor in our target market and fast forward 5 years and everything worked out yet again. Highly recommend!

Brian has been a wonderful partner to our family for the past 25 years. We've purchased two homes with his assistance and refinanced several times. Each experience has been a model of good advice and seamless efficiency. We've never met in person, but I consider him a friend who's also mortgage wizard.

I first met Brian while buying a home back in 2004. That house was above my comfort zone, but he walked me through the numbers (including a basement rental) and I went with his advice. I don't regret it. Since then I've done several purchase and refinance deals with him. The latest, which closed this week, was by far the best deal possible. He and his team made the application process as seamless as possible and he was quick to answer all of my questions (especially during the uncertainty we're living with now). In short my wife and I highly recommend Brian! It might just make the difference between your offer getting accepted vs. not! Brian was incredibly thorough and clearly communicated what to expect every step of the way. He gave us just the right information at the right time and his team handled all the paperwork very competently. His team met all the deadlines including an aggressive closing deadline included in our contract. He played a big role in helping the seller's agent feel confident in our financial ability to secure the loan. Brian's conversation with the seller's agent was one of the key reasons the seller accepted our offer over another very competitive one. His closing costs estimates were incredibly close to the actual closing costs. That's not an easy feat and a testament to how competent and thorough he and his team are. We had a lot of peace of mind throughout the contract period thanks to his team's efforts.

Brian was extremely helpful from start to finish in a direct owner to buyer transaction. He was always quick to return a phone call or an email and other members of his team were excellent as well. My impression was that he was extremely knowledgeable about the entire buying process and he was able to work well with everyone involved in the transaction. I have purchased through other lenders in the past but Brian has by far been the most involved throughout the process (whereas other mortgage brokers would make the initial contact and I would not hear from them again). Brian has consistently been involved--and through technology, made this the EASIEST and most efficient way to obtain a mortgage. I would not hesitate to go back to him in the future for a mortgage, home equity, or refinance transaction.
