    I had gone to another BMW dealership to buy a new car, however that location pushed used cars hard. The other store also wanted me to pay $1k for upholstery protection which I didn’t want. I instead went to the BMW store and was greeted by Amy on the sales team. The suggestions that Amy made were thoughtful and on point, overall she was excellent. The delivery was smooth, and was a fun time for my whole family. The store is beautiful and offered a great buying experience. This was my first experience buying a luxury vehicle, and I certainly wasn’t disappointed. Highly recommend.

    Our experience with this dealership is that they are outstanding. Our sales contact Nick Norman does not miss a beat. He is very thorough and responsive in addition to being knowledgeable about the BMW line. The service department also provides amazing service. For our most recent purchase we were considering another brand but stuck with BMW because this operation is a well oiled machine (and the car is fun to drive).

    Best car buying experience ever! Paul was extremely helpful without being pushy or “selling”. We were not pressured to buy in any way, and it made us feel comfortable to try out different vehicles and take the time we needed to find the right vehicle for us. We did not think we would be heading home with a vehicle that day, but Paul helped us find just the right car for and we purchased. Once we decided on the vehicle, the rest of Cincinnati MINI and The BMW Store were polite and helpful; they confirmed that we made the right choice. I only wish we actually lived in the area and could continue to use Cincinnati MINI for our vehicle maintenance and repairs.5 stars.

    Bought my new used car here with a trade in. It was a great experience. They gave me a good deal on my beater BMW trade in. Nick Norman helped me find my new car from the pick of the litter and then Jemar Dubose helped me finalize my financing. They gave me a good APR. Both went above and beyond making sure I was happy. Even put a bow on the top of my new car for the experience. I can get my car washed for free there 3 days a week. This is my 12th car purchase and by far the easiest.

    It wasn't the best experience. I made an appointment for a 50,000 mile service and oil change. I would have thought when you make an appointment they would do the work on the day of the appointment. But they said they would need to keep it overnight which doesn't make much sense to me. I asked them to fix my horn and they ordered the wrong part and installed the wrong part, then had to uninstall it. They kept the car another day and I finally got the car back with no fix to the horn. No communication on when the correct part for the horn will be in. Communication wasn't very good with what should be a very high quality service team. I have received much better service and communication at the Mark Sweeney Buick dealership.

    The Bmw store is awesome. Easy, fast, thorough, always accommodating. Beautiful waiting room if you are waiting. Otherwise they have always had a loaner for me. Made sure repairs were done correctly and followed up to make sure I was satisfied. My last issue with a wheel bearing showed me their level of professionalism. Had to follow up after something wasn't just right. And they did. Replaced friction plates on both front wheels and gave me all new lugs on every wheel just to make sure I wouldn't have any more issues. And I haven't. Didn't expect them to do the extra things but they cover all the bases. Joe Gettler. You the man. Everyone else I have encountered as well. So nice, honest and easy to talk to.     I've never had a bad experience at the The BMW Store! Jeremy, one of the service advisors, truly went above and beyond recently. While I was traveling through Nashville, I hit a pothole that caused significant damage to my tire. BMW of Nashville did a very subpar job with repairing and checking my vehicle before overcharging me and sending me on my way. When I spoke with Jeremy at The BMW Store he assured me they would correct any issues and I wouldn't be charged. He took care of fixing a problem that he and this dealership didn't create. I am forever grateful for a team that goes above and beyond to care for their customers

    Scheduled a test drive. The staff could not have been less polite. Opened a door to a car in the showroom and from somewhere behind a cubicle an employee locked it. The car we were told would be available for a test drive wasn’t there. Opted to go with a Cadillac. This dealership’s behavior turned me off to the whole brand.

    Nick Norman is the man! I tried to buy a similar car at two dealerships in Florida the week prior to calling Nick and got nothing but excuses, delays and shady car dealer tactics. I got Nick on the phone and had everything handled in two days AND he used his day off to drive the car 7 hours to deliver it to me.

    I have been very pleased with the Staff at the BMW Store. Nick has been a professional salesman and courteous towards my wife and I. He is knowledgeable about the products he is selling and has delivered the information that has been inquired about and a bit more details so that I understood the differences in the series or the models within a series line / year.     Just bought a CPO X5 from The BMW Store. I’ve purchased many vehicles and this was my best experience yet. Mat was very helpful and friendly, no pressure. Finance guy (sorry, I forgot his name) was great - got us a good rate, offered but didn’t push add ons. The dealership is modern and has a great selection of vehicles. This is my fourth BMW and I will be back again. Highly recommend.

    Matt Carelock has been my service advisor for the last few years. He is conscientious and communicative. When my car developed an air conditioning problem, he and the technician met with me to discuss the symptoms. Later that same day I received a video of the inspection that revealed the cause of the problem. I called and authorized the repair. The part had to be shipped from Germany and the estimated time was three weeks. With the current state of almost everything being dysfunctional, I prepared for a longer wait. A little over a week later I received a message from Matt that the car was repaired and ready for pickup. When I arrived, a representative immediately greeted me. The car was right outside, washed and cleaned and ready to go. The job has a two-year parts and labor warranty. Superb.

    This was my first service visit to BMW as I am an owner for only 1 year. Kendra made scheduling the service visit easy and actually fun to do online. Matt was so welcoming and showed me around the waiting area. Everything was completed on time including a carwash and interior vacuum. I enjoyed the video of my car from the service tech. His comments about the car condition were very useful. Overall the best car service visit I have ever had in decades of driving.

    The BMW Store always puts their customers first. Their mechanics know what they’re doing and they understand their cars. Their service staff is professional, respectful and they also understand BMW’s. Before they do any work, the mechanic films a clear video of your car showing what’s wrong and what needs to be repaired. There are never any surprises when it comes to cost.

    Jonathan helped us with the design of our X7. It was a great experience and he was very patient with us as my wife and I are both designers. Upon taking delivery Emily greeted us outside and Eric explained the paper work to close the deal making it very easy for us to understand everything. Susan knows everything about the cars and went through and gave us a class on what the X7 can do and complimented the look of our car. I would highly recommend anyone to purchase a car from the BMW Store. They don't make you feel important, they know you are important to their business and treat you that way.     Very happy with my purchase from the BMW store on Stewart Ave. Amy helped me build my X5 and I have put just a little over 1000 miles on it and I am happy with the purchase. Amy was very professional and knowledgeable, and transparent about price. She actually helped me find a discount that I did not know I would qualify through my employer. I also enjoy the free car wash at the store. I highly recommend Amy and the BMW store if you want to purchase your BMW.

    The BMW Store made my dream come true. I bought my 2019 330i Xdrive M Sport Package from them and Matthew Swartz helped through the entire process. I did all the documentation over email from North Carolina and only went to the showroom to collect the car. Its been 6 months and I have been to several other BMW showrooms since then but trust me this is the best I have come across. They have a huge variety and undoubtedly the best collection of merchandise if one is interested. I shall always have a soft corner for this place as I collected my first luxury car from them.

    Pathetic. I came in with my boyfriend to look at some new cars and order an individual M4 convertible. Tim could not do his job. After 20 minutes he was able to finally pull up a picture of the paint we wanted, which we could have done in 30 seconds if he had simply asked where we were in the buying process. He could not answer our questions and flat out ignored me multiple times. I felt the interaction to be discriminatory towards me as a young woman. He never even got my name. We left this dealership because of him. We went to BMW of Cincinnati North and had a much better experience with Caleb. He showed us cars, sent us on a test drive, answered ALL of our questions (including mine). When I asked about a specific interior color, not only did he search for a swatch, he found a car on the lot with the exact color to show. He was able to build and price the “Individual” car and inspired the confidence a salesperson should when dealing with such a large purchasing decision.

    Mat Swartz at The BMW Store did a great job taking care of us. The car we were looking at was ready for a test drive when we arrived on the lot. Mat was patient with us as we spent a few hours deciding if the car we were looking at was worth the price. In the end we decided to go with the car and Matt offered to deliver it to a local tire store for new shoes. Purchase process was fairly straight forward, and the finance person didn't pressure us into an extended warranty. Hopefully I don't need to purchase another vehicle any time soon, but if I had to, I would definitely give their lot a look.

    I have to leave a glowing review for my experience with my Service Advisor, Joe Gettler. He helped me navigate a challenging situation where I just didn't really trust the advice I was getting from a different BMW dealership for some extremely expensive repairs, and helped me go step by step to figure out what was/wasn't reasonable for my repairs. I had my X5 in with this dealership the week prior, so am a semi-regular client of theirs, but this was definitely above and beyond in terms of what he needed to do for me to help me figure this problem out! Super clear communication, extremely trustworthy, easy to work with, friendly, knowledgable. The best service advisor I've ever worked with and best experience with a car dealership I've ever had. It's always such a headache taking your car in, but Joe makes it painless. I love that it's my choice to either text or jump on the phone for communication, he provides video proof of what's going on with my car, complimentary wash - some of this is standard with BMW but Joe makes everything SEAMLESS and easy. I will bring my BMW from Alexandria, VA, to Cincinnati, OH, just to work with him and give him my business - and I will be due for a replacement for my other vehicle soon, so will definitely keep this dealership in mind as a result of the honest/trustworthy care I received here. It's definitely a first for me!! THANK YOU JOE!

    While I wasn't out searching for a BMW, I stumbled upon the BMW store that had an incoming used car. We had test drove an x7 at a different dealership, but we were turned off to how much they were charging a premium on vehicles. After meeting with Jonathan and going over options for trading and buying a Certified Used BMW, I was very pleased. Most dealerships are taking advantage of the circumstances charging way over original MSRP's for cars, but they were very fair on the trade in and purchase prices. We didn't feel the need to beg and barter because they came in with solid offers from the get-go. I am SO happy with my purchase, the premium features that BMW has to offer and I am looking forward to seeing the team for service in the future.

    There is no Mini Cooper dealership in Louisville, so I contacted Cincinnati Mini and talked with Mat Swartz. Mat was helpful and responsive. He found me two Minis that met my specifications. I went to Cincinnati to test drive them and ended up buying one to drive back home that day. It was all a good experience and I would recommend it to others.

    Mobile Service Review: I had a recall on my passenger airbag in my BMW. I haven't had to work with BMW before since I have owned this car, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I spoke with a nice lady at the Cincinnati store last week where they set me up for an in shop appointment. I received a call the next day offering for them to come and fix it at my home instead so that I wouldn't have to make the drive. I was so thankful for that offer! Ray- the mobile worker arrived at my home today and was so friendly! It only took him 10 minutes to replace my airbag and he was so informational about my car. Extremely friendly and willing to answer my questions if I had them. Thank you BMW and thank you Ray! Based off a first impression with BMW services, you really shined! I'll definitely use more services in the future.
