The purchase of my home was a very exciting and happy moment but being military I had to make the decision to leave my home to a rental agency. Although they rented my home for most of the years they did very poorly in maintaining my home so to say the least I had to make the hard decision to sell my home. This was a hard decision and it was one filled with fear being overseas but I am so grateful to say that this team was such a blessing! Aaron was very personable and understanding the team was very flexible and responsive with every aspect of this process. I didn’t have to be physically there they took care of getting my home ready to sell and they knocked it out the park. My home sold faster than I had expected. Ms. Valerie and her team are amazing! I worked with her, Lisa Gore and Lisa Campbell directly. I was given awesome customer service from the day I went in to list my home to the day I closed on it. Ms. Valerie sat down with me and laid out everything that was going to happen. She gave me suggestions/recommendations and told me if I followed them; my house would sell without a doubt.
