My experience today was nothing less than the best. I came to get a personal loan and everything was explained to where I can understand. The ladies that work there are so nice and kind! Thank you for helping me in my time of need!

Jennifer, Berenice and Shamaris, are absolutely fabulous! They helped as quickly as possible and were so patient and kind. I would give 10⭐️ if I could! They’re wonderful people and run an office that is a pleasure to be in!! 10/10 would recommend this location!

Had a very nice experience at this location! Jennifer was very helpful and got me taken care of in a timely manner! Edit: a few months down the road, this title loan was the worst decision ever, it builds interest every day, my balance would be 3500, I’d pay 500 and by the time the next pay date gets here the balance would be 3600.. on top of that let me not forget to mention, out of the 500 only 90 bucks went to the actual payment, the rest was interest… interest will keep you paying on this loan forever. I hate I ever did this

They were very helpful and polite made me very comfortable! Edit: the day you go in to start dealing with them they were very nice but after you've done what you came to do they begin to be very snarky, rude and just downright impersonal. It might just be the 1 or 2 ladies I've come in contact with after starting business with them idk. But anytime I call up there now I'm either upset or aggravated by the time I hang up

Not personable at all. Rude people and conducting personal business on company time. Mother had to wait 20 mins to make a payment. Tried to explain my situation on the phone and Jennifer has no compassion for anyone She told me repeatedly " that's not my problem". Sent a man to my door and scared my daughter. She Called me crying. It's a good thing that I have a ring door bell and could hear and see this man. It's ok call me a liar again. I will now record every conversation that I have with your company and will post the video. When someone has Covid this company show NO COMPASSION. I wouldn't wish that illness on anyone but I hope that you get it and feel the pain.

Amanda was fantastic and very helpful, thank you! Edit: I gave a good review, due to how professional they were when they needed me to take the loan. Recently my wife and I had a loss and needed a couple extra days after the due date. I called and let them know, and didn't expect much conflict because it was only going to be a day or two late. We got asked rudely, "I don't mean to sound insensitive, but how does that affect your payments to us?" So we were forced to tell them all of our traumatic events that we are still getting over, JUST for 2 extra days. They are rude and the payments are just ridiculous. Please stay away from this place and all titlemax locations.
