TexasBank Santa Fe Dr, Weatherford

Opened accounts for myself and my children in March and have been highly satisfied! They answered all my questions happily, have always been super nice and the girl at the drive through is always so nice and knows me right when I pull up! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a local bank! I truly feel like a valued customer rather than just a number.

I opened an account with Texas Bank Financial a few months ago, and I'm very sorry about that. Today I received a rude letter from Linda L. Weatherfors, Texas, where she described my debit card transactions at the Food Store as inappropriate and threatened to close my account. I think she does not understand what she is doing, in other words, employees are unprofessional here.

They have this lady name Zen who is very rude through the phone and does not help what so ever. Customer service should always be a priority to a bank, I shouldn’t have to call multiple times and get the same Ugly attitude from the same person!!!

This bank has been great, UNTIL recently. I'm hoping the new rude girls they've hired are seasonal employees only. They don't realize that their attitudes are representing this company. They work the face of the bank & people bring their money in to this bank because of the service. If it goes on for much longer I will have to move my account elsewhere. Edit as of 7/9/18: These employees are downright inconsiderate & RUDE! I opened my account here fairly recently (within the last year) & service has gone downhill. So much that I waited 10 minutes in the drive thru today before an employee even spoke to me. What did she say? "Have a good one.." I didnt even know someone was helping me! This wasn't the first time that employees have treated me this way. Another time I took some change in, I had rolled as much of it as I could. The girl behind the counter said, "We only take rolled change. I can help you count if you need me to. But next time we won't do this." I'll be going in tomorrow to close my account, & hopefully my husband will be right behind me.

I've had nothing but great experiences with them! Never had a problem, even though I've lost my card several times lol. They've always been friendly and helpful!
