First Financial Bank College Park Dr, Weatherford

They'll let you sit there all day before helping you. I needed a new debit card because my account was hacked. I was told to have a seat. I look over and there's four other people waiting, and only two women helping people at their desk. They truly were making it longer then they had to. One of the women was so loud that everyone knew her account number, and everything personal. I kept looking over like wow, I hope I don't deal with her. Nothing like screaming peoples info out. But I didn't keep waiting. I stayed 20 mins and left. The same 4 people were still waiting

I've banked with FFB for over 5 years, & my parents have been with them for 10+. I have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism & rudeness from this bank in my life. They used to be awesome, but I will be closing all my accounts & moving to Texas bank.

I have never had any issues with any branch of this bank. I love their services and the way they keep their customers happy keep up the good work

I had someone besides a family member charge over $300 on my card ,and this bank in Weatherford ,wouldn't dispute it,they wouldn't even try I definitely will be closing my account, go somewhere else,this is not a good bank.they make you wait ,then they wont help you

They charge $5 to cash a check that was written to me from their account holder.

Does not resolve problems. I have had to call 5x today so far and nothing is resolved. You get told things have been done that haven't, "disconnected " and then sent to voice-mail. Absolutely unacceptable. My husband travels and we really need to find a bank that can actually do something. Everytime there is an issue we have to go in person to be told we could just called.

Sat in the drive through for ten minutes waiting for my receipt. Instead of chiming in before hand and telling me “hey our machine is acting funny, we will get this right out.” They just let me sit there wondering why the heck everything was so slow. Communication is key people. 👍🏻

Only reason I have them is cause I can’t open up another bank anywhere else at the moment but this bank is trash and will fee u for everything would not recommend get away from This bank and save ur money they will start popping up with hidden fees after 6 monthes or so

dont listen to the rude comments. this bank is amazing!!! i have banked with them for several years now without an issue. im not planing on switching any time soon
