Dealing with my agent, Keith Payne, and Texas Ranch Sales was a wonderful experience! He listened to what we were looking for, worked hard to find the properties that fit our criteria and budget and didn’t waste his time or ours trying to upsell us and show us properties that didn’t meet our needs or exceed our budget. Ultimately we looked at four different properties and found our ranch to start our dream! I would recommend Keith and his team to anyone looking for a place of their own!

My only experience is with Keith Payne and he is the best Realtor I have ever dealt with. I have been a Mortgage Banker for over 30 years and have had dealings with thousands of Realtors over these years and he is by far the most responsive and professional. Wish there were more like him.

Is there a problem posting prices with property listings? I sent an inquirer about a property they had listed but never heard back. I called over the weekend and the message said they were closed! I'm glad I'm not one of their clients! Looks like i'll be spending my money with a realtor who works for a living

Alexis helped us with the land purchase 4 yrs ago and so we were confident in asking her to help us sell and find a home. I cannot say enough of how much Alexis has done. In the evening on weekends, always responding to my texts and has made the process easier. Ours has been a situation beyond our control with everything and Alexis has been there every step of the way with us in the trenches. She will never know how much she is appreciated and we will always recommend her to everyone who is looking to buy or sell! If I could give her 10 stars I would!

Working with Matti Tackett at Texas Ranch Sales was one of the best purchasing experiences we have had. We worked with her last summer to purchase our dream property close to the hill country. We looked at several properties over several weekends and she went above and beyond our expectations showing them to us, even with most of them being 2 or more hours from her home. Top notch service, she was very responsive, and we couldn't have asked for a better agent and brokerage to deal with. We will definitely use them again when we are in the market for a home or land!
