Took about a month and a half to get the registration and title work taken care of. Thought it would be quicker since the tax office appointments are so booked up due to covid. Eric, took great care of me and explained to me about all the delays. It's definitely not their fault. And YES I would definitely recommend to others.

Don't let the look of this place scare you! I walked in to get a title change, plates, and registration, and I walked out of there 15 minutes later! It was so quick and painless! Mia was super duper nice and helpful! Overall it was a fantastic experience! Highly recommend!

These guys took care of me, quick, efficiently and I received my plates and sticker in good time. I didn’t have to do anything except my part and they did the rest. Come prepared and they’ll handle you right.

Very fast,I did a boat title transfer,and trailer license plate got it in 5 days good service and Respectful, and courteous employees.

I bought a Sprinter in IL and the dealer could never quite get part of the paperwork right. Three time I went to the tax office and three times they wanted more info and forms. Grrrrr. My experience here was 100x better than what I’ve gone through at the tax assessor. I met with Brenda who helped me get my new plates and registration along with a title transfer. This guy over prices the services , I had all services already paid and he trying to sell me all registration and everything when I just need a bonded title to do it myself . Is their price or nothing . Like he said , this is our price . 350 dollars more than what it really costed me .
