Popped into this shop looking for a guitar to play while in Texas visiting family for the holidays. Incredibly friendly staff and they were willing to help find a guitar case for my purchase. I will definitely come back again

Extremely Rude Boy you have working there. I paid the lady for my ring had all the proper paper work and drivers license gave her cash she went to get my ring and went to hand it to me and the boy grabbed it out of her hand and wanted to see my drivers license again then told her to give me my money back because I didnt have the original pawn ticket, but I had the ticket from making payments on it. Very very rude little boy. I have used them several times even borrowed on the same ring before. Never will I return and will tell anyone who asks about a good pawn shop to not use them for any reason. I would rethink that little boy you have there, he is running off business. Not sure if they just didn't like us or what, but we went in here twice and didn't receive any customer service whatsoever we were ignored the whole time. Lol not even a "Hello Welcome" when we walked in both times we went. I'm not the type of person that's quick to jump to it being a race thing. But everyone else that walked got customer service right away, and a hello Haha. They just happened to be white people. So yeah if you're a person of color I suggest not going here. Plus the high prices that they had on used guns was ridiculous.

The staff is extremely pleasant and helpful! Very clean store as well! Highly recommend Texas Cash and Pawn!!!

I recently went in for small tools and came out for a very reasonable price. Sharp people and great service as always.

Out of all the local pawn shops, Texas Cash & Pawn is by far the best one to do business with. I have been doing business with the owner Gene and the gentleman named Roger for a couple years now, and they both are truly honest, respectful, and extremely genuine people. Unlike some of the other pawn shops in town that I have been to, the guys at Texas Cash & Pawn are always willing to help in any way that they can and every time I have been in there they have always gone above and beyond to show great customer service. So if your looking for a place to pawn or buy something cool, then I would highly recommend to do your business with the guys at Texas Cash & Pawn, I have never had any issues with them and I know you won't be disappointed.

Texas Cash and Pawn is by far the best pawn shop in town... I have took my business there for the past 6 years.Gene and Roger are the most caring and nicest guys you could ever imagine... I would highly recommend doing your business with this pawn shop then others in town....
