Just wanted to share my experience with check n go. I was super stressed not knowing how I was going to be able to pay my bills and also fix my car. I called the store to ask about the loan process and Brenda, was so nice and explained everything I need to bring in. She was able to get me what I needed!when I left, I felt a million times better. The whole process was very easy. Brenda took the time to explain all the loan details. I was a bit confused, but she made sure I know what I was doing. She was very sweet, and ever thought she had other customers waiting she still took her time with explaining everything. Top customer service.

Best place in town to load Netspend card. Not only is it free to load, but the ladies there are always so nice and take the time to get to know. Nothing better then great customer service. Sometimes they do get busy, but it’s not to bad of a wait, and Brenda will make sure to get you in and out.

Its tough to go and ask for money to help out when you need it, yet Brenda at the Mineral Wells office made it easy for me. She is amazing. She made the whole process easier. She made the effort to call and checkup on my surgery and always asked about my Mom. You dont find that kind of customer service anymore. THANK YOU

They refused to cash a $200 check from a family member because I signed the endorsement in my truck and not in front of them. The lady was completely unwilling to work with me and I most definitely will not be back in there to do any future business.

Store manager was very helpful. I was feeling overwhelmed with having to go and ask for money for an unexpected expensive. She was able to help me get all my documents with my phone. She was super nice, and very understanding and made me fell 100 times better when I left. I’ve never had to get any kind of loan, so I was very impressed!! Will continue to do business with them.
