DETAILED REVIEW: The whole process of getting approved went smoothly. Bianca was the one assisting me that day. I got approved and I had two options, direct deposit or get the funds through the Netspend card. Bianca didn’t talk to me about the fees associated with using this card. Every swipe or transaction you do basically has a fee for it ($1.50 per transaction). It even has an inactivity fee if you don’t use funds available in the card ($5.95 per month for inactivity). I understand it’s a promotion they have going on, but these fees for using this card is ridiculous because these micro fees add up over time. If you’re interested in getting a loan this place is fine, just use your direct deposit instead to avoid any unnecessary fees to access your funds. Hopefully next time they’re more transparent about what their partners are charging.

I’m convinced Laura Lee was the angel put in my path that I needed! She was so thoughtful, sincere, and helpful the entire time. She was very thorough in explaining everything to me and helping me pick the best options for my needs. 10/10 recommend going to see her!

Came into the store. Had already called ahead of time and everything was already ready for me. The process lasted as long as it takes me to shower and brush my teeth😂😂But Nicole was the perfect rep. It felt like I made a friend. Definitely recommend this store and location!!
