While they were unable to provide me a loan (for completely understandable reasons) Millie was a pleasure to work with, very kind and helpful and explained everything to me. I would give her 5 stars for her great customer service. Definitely recommend coming here if you are in need of a title loan.

Tiffany so unprofessional messed up all my paper work never contacted us on mistakes made on their part and then put it on us and tried to charge us more to pay out..we agreed to pay for their mistake after paying off 3500 dollar loan and was still asked to pay more cause they made mistakes..we agreed to pay and then she acts like bully "pay now" "pay today"..I asked for a few days to pay it and was threatened if not now then itll be double...this was their mistake...I will never use this place again I have used it 3 times and never had problem dealing with someone else...never again will use this...

Fast and the ladies did a great job

I got phone call from Milly and she ask if I had some questions about my loan so I said I do I pay one extra payment and was called last month and was told I was late and I informed the lady that call me that i am one month ahead of my payments she said they are going to charges me a late fees $20 a day week went by got text messages saying I was late and so I look on the site to pay the loan it side I owed [est.] 43.00. So I paid it now I tell Milly this and she said so what is your question company and lady that did my load lied to me on the interest so Milly said she couldn't do anything so I said i didn’t have to pay the loan and she hungs up on me great customer service there i call back to ask why she hung up on me she did it 3 times then she said I don't have to listen to you so I am putting the company and Mis Milly on see you in court and thank for Mis Milly for her actions

Go see Millie. She is the best. Don't go any where else but this location in Sunnyvale. I promise you won't regret it.

They responded so quickly that I had not finished the online application when they contacted me. I thought it was super fast because the situation was urgent.
