Be advise anybody that goes to this place to watch out for the poor customer service you will get from them. Also they have a young girl that’s very unprofessional by the name of Jasmine hangs up in your face while speaking with customers if she doesn’t like what you are saying. Then she will lie say they phones acting up basically what I’m getting at is they try to keep your car for a thousand dollar 💵 loan. When ask if they can refinance your title loan they claim they can’t we all know that’s a lie any title place can refinance they just don’t want to and try to keep your car. I’m just making everyone aware about this shady company do better going to Texas Title Loan across the street they are the best make sure u get back rolling unlike Texas Car Title & Payday Loan.
