Tina is not professional at all I just spoke with her as a lienholder to a vehicle they repossessed and was very rude had an attitude and even cursed on the phone thinking she had already hung up the line. I'm sure you will be able to hear it as to us all of our calls are recorded and well I'm sure there are too. Very unprofessional.
